Instructor Michelle Silva
Yoga teacher Michelle Silva has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2009. Michelle is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She also holds a “Breathe Into Recovery” certification. Michelle has a passion for the therapeutic application of yoga and seeks to empower her students. She has been a feature teacher at Dallas Yoga Fest and enjoys teaching different styles of yoga.
“Yoga is for everyone. Yoga has the power to heal on physical, mental and spiritual levels. Yoga centers us at the core of our being physically, mentally and energetically. I hope to empower people not only through physical practice, but through mental and spiritual practice as well.”
